Birthday Party Rental Agreement
1. Party Package
– Duration: 2-hour private rental
– 30 Minute clean up time after 2 hours
– If you would like to rent the venue more than 2 Hours, Its $100 extra an hour
2. Pricing and Payment
– Total Cost: $200 Donation
– Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the party date
– Final Payment: Remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to the event date
3. Cancellations
– The $100 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance
– Cancellations made after final payment will not be refunded
4. Liability Waiver
– All guests (children and adults) must sign our liability waiver upon entering the farm
– The Sanctuary at Cypress Run Farm is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or accidents during the event
5. Guest Responsibilities
– Food, drinks, cake, and decorations are the responsibility of the renting party
– Guests are asked to respect all farm property and animals
– No outside animals may be brought onto the farm premises
6. Support of the Sanctuary
Proceeds from birthday party rentals directly support the care, feed, and medical needs of the senior horses at The Sanctuary at Cypress Run Farm.
7. Party Host
– A party host will be provided by The Sanctuary at Cypress Run Farm to assist with setup and cleanup after the event.
8. Horse Ride Experience
– Each child will receive one supervised horse ride around the arena, assisted by sanctuary staff.
– Included: Up to 12 children
– Additional Rides: $10 per each additional child
– $10 extra per adult if they want to ride.
9. What is included:
One picnic table, 6 Foot Table, 8 Foot Table
Eleven Chairs around Campfire, 6-Fold Out Chairs
Two Coolers
Birthday Party Rental Add-Ons
Each Additional Hour $100
Unicorn Dress Up $75 (Pink Hair Dye on mane and Tail, Colored extensions, Unicorn Horn, Pink Rhinestone Bridle)
Campfire Light and Maintain $20
